This Akita was purchased as a Show Quality Akita. The guarantee of Show Quality                                                             is any dog capable of being shown without any disqualifying faults as follows:

*DROP OR BROKEN EAR           *UNCURLED OR SICKLE TAIL                                                                         *BUTTERFLY NOSE                   *UNDERSHOT OR OVERSHOT BITE                                                                                      *UNDERSIZE (23" for bitches 25" for dogs at the withers)

Should the Akita through no fault of the Purchaser develop a fault of disqualification as                                                         defined by the Akita Standard, the said Akita will be replaced as outlined in this contract.

ADDITIONAL GUARANTEES: Faulted length of coat an undescended testicles in a male.
